The Honda Division has continued its record-setting sales streak for 2017 by setting a new February sales record with total sales for the month up 4.3 percent to reach 110,822 units sold.

Sales for this past month were led by the CR-V which set a new February sales record with 31,898 units sold, 26.3 percent higher than last year. The HR-V also achieved a new record for the month with sales reaching 6,354 units which is 28.6 percent higher than last year.

The Accord and Civic were also two of the most popular models for the month with sales reaching 23,455 and 27,039 units respectively.

“The new CR-V is exceeding our own expectations with production and deliveries now fully up to speed,” said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda Division. “It’s clearly hitting a sweet spot in the market and complemented by HR-V at the entry level.”

More February Highlights:

  • Sales of the CR-Z came to 118 units
  • Sales of the Fit increased by 3.2 percent to reach 3,764 units
  • Sales of the Odyssey came to 6,800 units
  • Sales of the Pilot came to 8,099 units
  • Sales of the Ridgeline came to 3,265 units
