The results are in! U.S. News and World Report has released its annual list of “Best Cars for Families” for 2016. The Automotive News 2016 PACE (Premier Automotive Suppliers’ Contribution to Excellence) Awards Ceremony occurred last week in Detroit. After their collaboration on the development of the Bidirectional Long Range Communication System, two companies, Honda R&D Americas Inc. and Continental, an international automotive supplier, were awarded the Innovative Partnership Award. The Bidirectional Long Range Communication System is an innovative system that lets a key fob perform several helpful features from up to a third of a mile away, including the ability to activate climate controls, lock/unlock the vehicle, and even start the engine.
